Founded in 1999, 1st Direct Products started during the .com explosion.  Major funding was available and offered via Wall Street investors, but it was deferred by the founder in order to build long lasting relationships that only time can create, not money.  With a background in boat manufacturing the founder created the original portal web site DirectBoats.com and started selling online.  Since then 1st Direct Products, LLC has continued a pattern of expansion into other portals and exclusive brands and products.  Currently there are four online selling portals and multiple exclusive brands and products.  1st Direct Products does not manufacturer anything, it represents manufacturers by marketing and selling for them mostly in a factory direct to consumer business model.  Recently some factories have chosen to allow 1st Direct Products to become their sales force allowing them to focus on manufacturing.  However, each manufacturer has a unique relationship with 1st Direct Products.  So if you are a manufacturer that has products that would sell on any of our web sites and are in need of more sales, please reach out to us.  We only sell for factories that have US product liability insurance, so be sure that is up to date before calling.  Sometimes there are goals that others can reach for you, let us help you reach it.
